Proposed Analysis: | We would like to use the data provided by ADNI for generating a sophisticated, probabilistic model of an Alzheimer's disease brain in different stages (preclinical AD/ MCI -> manifest AD) as well as a healthy brain model using multimodal imaging data and Markov random field theory. In a second step, we would like to assess the sensitivity and specificity of those models with respect to other diseases or brain injuries, e.g. traumatic brain injury (data from ADNIDOD). |
